Who we are
Eugenius is an AI accountability coach for creators, operated by E-Tre Productions ("we"). Questions: eugene@etreproductions.com.
What we collect
- Account info — your email, and the goals and conversations you create in the app.
- Usage — conversation minutes, to meter your plan.
- Connected social accounts (optional) — if you choose to connect Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok, we receive an access/refresh token and your profile/Page metrics (handle, follower count, post/like/video count) to show your real numbers in your social scrub. We only access the account you connect, and only for you.
How we use it
To provide the service — coach you, track your goals, meter your plan, and show your own social numbers when you ask for a scrub. We do not sell your data, and we never share one member's social data with another member.
How it's stored
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers (Vercel, Supabase). Social access tokens are kept server-side only, restricted so they are never exposed to other users or to your browser.
TikTok data
If you connect TikTok (via TikTok Login Kit), you authorize Eugenius to read only your own account, using the scopes user.info.profile and user.info.stats:
- user.info.profile — your TikTok display name, avatar, profile link, bio, and verified status.
- user.info.stats — your follower count, following count, likes count, and video count.
We use this data solely to display your own real TikTok numbers inside your social scrub, when you ask for one. We do not post on your behalf, read your videos, or access anyone else's account. Your TikTok access and refresh tokens are stored server-side only and refreshed automatically; they are never exposed to your browser or to other members. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting from your Account page — which deletes the stored TikTok token immediately — or from TikTok's own Settings → Security & permissions → Manage app permissions. Our handling of TikTok data follows the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.
SMS / text message follow-ups
If you provide your mobile number and choose text or call follow-ups in the app, you consent to receive recurring accountability check-in messages from Eugenius about the goals you set. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. You can also turn follow-ups off anytime from your Goals page.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use your phone number solely to send the accountability follow-ups you requested; we never sell it.
Deleting your data
You can disconnect a social account anytime from your Account page, which removes the stored token immediately. You can also remove Eugenius from your Instagram/Facebook settings, which triggers automatic deletion of your connection on our side. To delete your entire account and data, email eugene@etreproductions.com.

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
